Our employees' profiles vary enormously from graduates beginning their careers in our company, through to people with 20 years of experience.

Offices 
Our offices are in Bristol.

Team Building
As a company we are committed to creating an environment which is both productive and friendly, something we nurture during team building events. Previous events have included a treasure hunt in Cardiff and a challenge day at London Zoo, followed by a company black tie dinner.

Social
At Chartwell we expect employees to work hard and achieve both company and personal goals. In return, we place a lot of emphasis on making sure our employees enjoy themselves. This is done in several ways:

• Sports
  Chartwell have recently taken part in a local touch Rugby tournament organised by Bath Rugby club and have a team training for the Bristol Half Marathon.
• Christmas Ball
  Each year the company has a black tie Christmas Ball - a formal occasion set in lavish surroundings.
• Summer BBQ
  The summer BBQ always proves a popular event in the social calendar, where families  are invited to join in the fun.
